Hi! Is there a way to duplicate an audio event in such a way that the duplicate is not a shared copy of the original? I’m asking because bouncing the audio (Audio > Bounce Selection) doesn’t keep the VariAudio information (in Sample Editor). Don’t get me wrong, the edits are indeed flattened/saved (when bouncing). What I’m looking though is to make a real copy of the audio in the state that it’s currently in (with VariAudio information unflattened—if this makes any sense).
I’d like to see the VariAudio segments when I double-click the duplicated audio event (without Cubase having to reanalyse the audio material).
Thank you!
