This sample has a key of C-minor (three flats from the start). Note that second b-flat in the upper bar is also marked with a flat. That should not be as well, because it is already part of the C-minor key.
Can you attach a cut-down example project that shows the problem? I’ve tried reproducing it locally and it’s working as expected. The next update will have more options to control this behaviour.
Thanks for the sample project. I can see that the issue here is due to conflicting accidentals in different octaves. We have a few more options in the next update for accidentals, including one for the handling of cautionary accidentals in a different octave. These options don’t affect this particular case because there is a contradictory accidental in a different octave. There isn’t currently an option for this, though it has been requested before.
Well it is not entirely due to “conflicting” octaves, it seems there is a tendency to re-introduce/“restore” the flat again once it has been (incidentally) undone in the previous bar (note Eb in bar 9, Eb in bar 15) they should be left untouched - no flat notation, it creates confusion
