It seems Cubase shows duplicate entries for things in User Content folder:
I tried removing Track Presets folder from both File System and VST Sound tree, but removing one removes the other.
How can I fix this?

So something got really broken with my win10 installation…Cubase stopped saving preferences after this has happened.
Tried to repair system files, reinstall Cubase etc…absolutely nothing helped. Did a clean win10 installation and suddenly everything works. Go figure 
However, everything else on my computer appeared to work. I would really like to understand what went wrong so I can avoid it in the future. Maybe Cubase is not using win32 API properly for reading/writing files?
