I can get a repeatable crash this way

Insert Meterplugs Dynameter into output Insert of empty project.

Close project (with or without saving it doesn’t matter)
-
File>Open any project, Cubase crashes.
NB This happens even if Dynamiter is removed from the empty project before closing it.
