I am having a (seemingly new?) issue with dynamics and their grouping. It seems to be inconsistent about how dorico chooses to paste and change dynamics. Sometimes I paste dynamics from one instrument to another and for whatever reason the dynamic chain gets shifted to the right. I also had this issue the other day where I put in a dynamic and it blew out the hairpin before. I don’t have a project cut down to share as I can’t always re create the problem and it happens in all projects. Wondering if other people are experiencing a weird issue in the dynamic logic as well?
I’m having similar issues. Even when ending points are defined separately, I’m seeing dynamics that are both group and ungrouped sliding around the grid in ways I haven’t seen before. This seems to be and issue since the last maintenance update.
I assume it has to do with the updated logic that prevented doubling up of dynamics (which was a great update). But hopefully this gets smoothed out tad more.
Here’s another related example to weird groupings. It automatically puts the new dynamic in that previous group. Making it impossible to just filter the new dynamic without removing it from the group.
