Dynamic with legato slur

Notes that are below a legato slur are not only played tied, but also played or sung with a relatively subtle dynamic curve. Is there any way to control the playback of the velocity curve of legato slurs in Dorico?

I’m not interested in using NotePerformer because I want to export the score afterwards to Cubase for a mockup.

I’ve just had a closer look. But I can’t see any connection to the legato slurs. Sometimes legato slurs also end with higher notes and yet the volume decreases. Or have I misunderstood something regarding this function?
