The p is not visible in the upper divisi staff.
You could shorten the hairpin by 1/32, to move the p before the barline in both staves? I think it would be strange to have it in the upper staff on a different position, or to have it below the first Solo rest.

I can work around it, but to me this is an error. It certainly would be completely normal if there were a hairpin and dynamic figure across all instruments, and one instrument had a note on the downbeat and another did not, for the final dynamic mark to be in a different position automatically.
