Pianoforte: I’m writing two voices for one staff. They play as two voices as they should but the second (lower) voice is barely audible compared to the upper voice. I would like them to be the same. I’ve tried Shift D and added a dynamic, even FFF but it doesn’t increase the volume.

Have you entered any voice-specific dynamics? These would have been entered by closing the popover with Alt/Opt+Return rather than just Return.
Feel free to upload a cut-down version of your project that demonstrates the problem and we can probably solve it for you.
Hi @brs2691, go in menu Library>Playback Options>Dynamics and deactivate the setting for polyphonic treatment (once you are in Dynamics panel you can search for polyphonic pressing control+F (sorry, not in front of my computer at the moment…).
