E-licenser already registered by another user issue

Hi ! Watching a video after I bought specralayers 8 upgrade, I’ve discovered that I should register my e-licensers to mysteinberg — I don’t remember I’ve done that, but in more than 4 years and so many softwares and updates bought, who knows what I’ve done…
Anyways, here’s what I get :
