Trying to use the eLicenser Control Center to activate and download a new license installation, on a new Windows 10 computer using a Soft eLicense. After inputting my activation code, there is no eLicenser shown. There is a message to contact the vendor for assistance.with a soft license. Is there anything I can do to install and activate it now?
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about your problem.
The first thing to try is, run the eLicencer Control Center as administrator and then let maintenence task run. That might repair the Soft-eLicenser.
and make sure your elicenser is the latest version. Didn’t work for me until I’d done that.
