e-licenser question

Had a look about but did not see the answer to this question, so posing it here…

Last night, I purchased a new e-liceneser key, as both my 12 year old ones were failing. I transferred all my licenses over successfully, and tested all the related Steinberg software to ensure that the authorization was intact. I ran the e-licenser maintenance several times so things were clearly up to date. All good to that point… but when I went and logged into “My Steinberg” it seems that under “Ny Products” half the stuff was not visible any more… is that just a sync issue with the website and they take time to show up, or is something else not quite right?

Will go and have another look today… anyone else experienced this? I am concerned abotu the whole zero-downtime feature being kaput…

Did you register your new eLicenser? It should show up almost instantly.

Ya, that was my missing step… its been 12 years since the last time. Thanks. All good now.
