Easily convert section of 7/8 to 2/4+3/8 bars

Is there a quick way to convert a section in 7/8 to alternating 2/4+3/8 bars?

Replace the 7/8 time signature with shift-M 2/4 + 3/8 and it should work. (Note: you need spaces either side of the +)

Thanks! Is there a way for it to show the changing meters? One bar 2/4 one bar 3/8 etc…

For that I would just copy a pair of regular time sigs to successive bars with Alt-click.
