Easy way to add beats to a measure (but not make it last longer or encompass the following notes)

Hi! This 4/4 measure (with tempo changes) is supposed to be a 6/4 measure (without tempo changes). Now if I could convert it to 6/4, without affecting the way MIDI events are distributed in measures (from measure 52 forward), would be so nice…
