I love how easy it is to type in a tempo modulation using the tempo pop-over, and it modifies the playback appropriately. But what if I want to include some text with the modulation? For example, if I’m writing for some inexperienced players and I want to clarify that the modulation means “double time,” can I do that? If I just type it into the pop-over the way I want it, it seems to understand the modulation but ignore the other text.
Unfortunately you can’t easily add arbitrary text to a tempo equation. You’ll need to add another text item and then move it into place.
