I created a transcription of a song in Dorico 6 which I left keyless (C assumed) that I am having a issue with. It continues to have instances of B# and E# and I have tried running Respell but I’m not entirly sure that I am doing it correctly because I have manually adjusted the part but as soon as I run respell they are back. My attempts to adjust it have in some case added double sharps too.

What exact Respell command(s) are you using? In the part layout, if you do the following:
…that should take care of it while leaving the spelling in the Full score layout alone. I’d also recommend doing this at the very end of your process.
I believe you also can select a region (some bars), Ctrl+I (for Interval, I believe on mac it’s opt+I ?), then type B#=C. I suppose this also works for keyless…
That works, but that will also change the spelling in the full score (if I’m not mistaken).
If you respell from a part layout it will not propagate to the score, only the other way round.
Respell being the key term here, i.e. using one of the Respell commands. However, when changing notes in a part layout using the Shift+I popover like @koen1 describes, this will change the score as well (I just checked).
Thank You Zalde for listing the process in steps. With your assistance I was able to fix the E and B sharps quickly.
I also later assigned the project with a key to simplify things.
Although there was only one bb on the project I was working on I have used the macro’s for removing ## and bb in a later project since.
