Fix “edit active part only” so that you edit the Active Part only. I should not be able to switch parts by clicking the dark midi notes which are not on the active part. If you must keep it this way, please add a fourth editing option which is actually Edit Active Part Only.
The whole point of using these features is to see what notes are being played on the other tracks and make harmonic choices. If the screen is full of dark MIDI from other tracks, and accidentally clicking a note from the other track switches to that track it’s not that helpful.
