Edit audiotrack to compare with mid click

Hi there.
Cubase 9 pro
I have an audiotrack ( Karaoke wav file) I want to play with it, with midi instruments drums , piano etc.
I want to set the bars and with the midi -click -tempo so that i can easy can edit ( cut and remove and overplay etc) How do i do that?

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Enable the Musical Mode to stretch the audio so it fits the tempo map (from the MIDI File). If you want to do it the other way around, use the Tempo Detection feature to detect the tempo of the WAV file and make the Tempo map accordingly.
