edit info line - shortcut key?

I’m looking to create a shortcut key to edit the info line - in particular, the description field. Is this possible?

I’m only seeing key command options to show/hide the info line.

Hi,

I’m afraid, the fields are not accessible via Key Commands. Once you are in any field, you can use Tab to switch between the fields.

Thanks. I did notice that tabs can get me there but it never seems to be a consistent number of keys to get there (even when doing a repeat operation).

This is on my Annual List Of Feature Requests That Never Get Done.

Some actually happen… Track Finder for example. But it took 10 years. :smiley:
