Updated to ipad Dorico ver 6.2, now edit notes overlay does not float at new positions, but snaps back to opening position, which partially obscures options underneath. I cannot find a way to undock and float it. dorico-for-ipad
Partially answering my own question, the edit notes overlay will stay at new positions if moved with finger, but not with pencil, which differs from previous behavior. Trying settings in ipados, no luck yet.
Same result with scroll bars. Pencil has temporary effect of scrolling and scroll snaps back to top when pencil lifted, while finger movement of scroll bar allows the scroll to stay when finger lifted.
