Edited Track Quick Control names not saved (10.5.2 Pro, Win 10)

Hello. Here’s the issue: if I edit the names of Track Quick Controls by double clicking on the default name and typing in a new name, those edits are not saved with the project. This is the case whether I type them in and save the project, or if I create a Track Quick Controls preset and save that. The edited names always revert to the default names when Cubase is closed then reopened.

Context: I’m trying to create Track Quick Control presets for my most commonly used VSTi’s.

Have you tried to use VST Quick Controls instead? And then make your custom names configuration with the Remote Control Editor
