Editor Does Not Sound in Pro 11

The Track plays fine but In Editor Mode, No Sound Comes when played (see attached)

  1. It works in LE10.5
  2. It works in Pro 10.5
  3. Does not work in Pro 11

I have all 3 Cubase on the computer, so the issue seems to be Pro 11 specific.
Known Issue ?

Works Now !
Control Room has to be DISABLED (Studio → Audio Connection). Default is enabled, not sure why if that conflicts though I am sure the Control room has a purpose,
