Ok another weird one. In the editor if i pick up a note that was played on a black key, i can only move it to a white key and will have to undo to get it back to it’s original black key. This has happened before and don’t know what I did to correct it then, but it’s so frustrating not being able to edit anything played on a black key…
This sounds like you have switched on scale assistant editing.
Thanks…just figured it out. i needed to go into “Editor scale” and select no scale…how it went from being able to do this to having to go in and change settings beats me. These DAWs have a mind of their own sometimes…
