Editor - Somehow I disconnected Quantize and Entry Length

In a current project when I use the Draw Tool in the Editor to enter a note the length has usually agreed with the quantize setting - if quantize is set on a quarter note a quarter note is entered. Somehow I have “disconnected” this function so if quantize is set on an eighth note a quarter note is still entered! No matter what the quantize value is only a quarter note is entered.

I’m sure I hit a wrong key somewhere but I cannot, after searching, find what I did.

I’m sure it’s something simple. It does not happen in new projects (I tested).

Put another way - how do I make note entry length match the Quantize value in the editor?

Somehow (ALT+3?) Length Quantize got set to quarter notes. I have fixed it.
