I currently have Dorico 5 Elements which I bought under the educational discount. I’m still a student but would to upgrade to Dorico 5 Pro. Is there a way to get an ‘educational upgrade’ discount?
At the moment I can either but Dorico Pro as a student for $553 or I can buy the upgrade from Elements 5 for $738. Obviously it is cheaper to buy the educational discount, but given I already own it I was wondering if I could get a cheaper upgrade.

I don’t think there’s a way to buy Dorico that gives you both an educational and an upgrade discount.
But where are you located? The current US prices are $360 for the educational discount and $480 for the upgrade from Elements.

The upgrade to Dorico Pro is $553 and there is no other option unless you have a competition product and you can get the crossgrade.
Yeah it’d be great if they can give an educatiom upgrade, I’m not in a position to buy it again outright with the educational discount.
A recognition of those two factors across all platforms would be ideal!
