Hi!
I am teacher in school music. My school bought few EDU Cubase box version (USB e-licenser). I decided to install it on my MacBook (I don’t have any work computer) so I could prepare some exercises for student. Unfortunelly I typed in the Download Access Code into my private Steinberg account (I’m a Dorico user). Is there possibility to delete it (I didn’t install or activate) and insert it again into school Steinberg account?
Is the USB-eLicenser with the Cubase license on it listed in your private MySteinberg account? If yes, you need to unregister it there and can then register it in the school account afterwards.

The problem is that I see Cubase in my account but it is not registered. I have Dorico 4 registered (but not activated now
) and I cannot unregistered it. Are you sure, that I would do that with Cubase?
Ah, ok. What version of Cubase did your school buy? If it comes with a USB-eLicenser, as you mentioned, it’s probably Cubase 11 Pro and you also got 12 Pro due to the grace period.
In this case, you need to unregister the eLicenser and also request a new Download Access Code for Cubase 12 via the Resale Wizard. You can then redeem the code with your school account.
