It is unclear in the educational FAQ. If I buy the educational version now, after I graduate from college in a year will I be able to use my edu version of Nuendo for work/jobs? Or will I have to re-buy or wait for an update to purchase if I would want to use it after school, for non school applications?
AFAIK, an Educational version is no different than the regular release versions, except you can get it at a lower price.
Further upgrades will have to be paid in full though.

that is true. You are only allowed to use your edu license for educational purposes, and not commercially. You can only convert your edu license into a full license with an update to a newer version (since we don’t offer edu updates).
