is it a known issue that, if one decides to insert a rest in a written piece of music, and somewhere “to the right” of the new rest (meaning “later on”) is a note bearing a fermata, or a caesura, that these fermatas and caesuras don’t follow the insert and end up being in the wrong places? (See gif)
Yes, that’s expected, because fermatas and caesuras are system-attached objects, and using insert mode only inserts material in the current voice. In due course I expect we will have options that allow you to insert time globally rather than just in the present voice.
