The effectors are inactive in the masterout. Why is it like this? I’m using Nuendo 13.
Why is that?
Even if I want to get rid of the plug-in, it’s impossible.
The mouse is useless.
Constrain Delay Compensation, turn it off.

From your screenshot it looks like they are switched off. Alt + click on the power button to switch them back on.
Just click on the slot and drag to get rid of the plug-in. Or select ‘no effect’ from the plugin slot menu (downward pointing arrow).
