I’m very sorry you’re experiencing problems with the eLicenser. Please make sure you have updated eLicenser Control Center to the latest version (6.12), that you are running Dorico 3.5.11, and that you have run the eLicenser Control Center maintenance tasks recently, allowing eLCC to run as administrator.
As you know, we are actively working on a successor to the current licensing system, but this is a large project that will take time.
