Hi. I had a fully functioning Cubase 5 with many cool plug ins and I updated my Mac to El Capitan. Now I can play and listen to everything; I just can’t record anything. The mixing console is receiving audio, but Cubase isn’t. What can I do? Thank you.

Hi,

I’m sorry, Cubase 5 is not compatible with Mac OS X 10.11. The latest supported version was Mac OS X 10.7. It’s 4 years old OS.

There are some known issue with Mac OS X 10.11, Class Compliant Audio Devices and unsupported older Cubase versions.
