El Captain - Cubase 8.5 Pro and AI coexistence?

I’ve already installed Cubase 8.5 Pro on my MacBook Pro (late 2011, El Captain). But sometimes I need to leave the dongle connected to my Windows machine and use Macbook for other simple recordings. I plan to buy UR22mkII with the included Cubase AI which looks great for my needs. May I install Cubase AI without uninstalling Cubase 8.5 Pro on El Captain?

Yes you can, no problem. Cubase Pro and Cubase AI are two independent applications from the OS point of view.
