[eLC can't connect to the server] Bad fire-wall configuration, or server down ?

Hi, since yesterday I try to activate my license, but eLC won’t connect to the server

The downloading of Cubase 9.5 was smooth with the Steinberg Download Assistant, installation wasn’t a problem too

So I decided to follow every step I could find in the forum :

→ I installed the last version (6.11.3.1233) of eLC, the apps is authorized in the fire-wall setting

→ In the fire-wall rules :
→ Two inbound rules (TCP and UDP) with port 80 and 443 authorized to goes through, on every network, with edge traversal enable
→ Two outbound rules (TCP and UDP) with port 80 and 443 authorized to goes through, on every network

eLC still can’t connect to the server after all these tweaks

A ping test gaved me this result

Am I missing something ?

Came to work, immediatly I try a pingtest and got a response from Steinberg’s server !

License can’t be downloaded, server is down, no response to ping
