eLCC.exe without admin privledges

Hi All

Ive been trying to get cubase LE 5 Working. When loading it asks me to run the elcc as it doesnt have enough permission to run (or something similar). While this will work as an admin, we need this to work as a regular user.

Does anyone know how to run the eLCC as a standard user?

We have tried giving write permissions to the folder and the registry keys with no success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
