A newbie here saying hello. Since Windows did its massive November update, it’s telling me there’s no license found and the key doesn’t work. Should I uninstall and start again? Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Quit Cubase. Start eLCC application as Administrator. Trigger Maintenance. Quit eLCC. Now your Cubase should work again.
