At least I think the proper category is reactivation. I bought elements 8 a few years ago. After some period, perhaps a year, I was asked again for my license code. Put that in and got access, everything peachy. Now it asked for this process to happen again, so I used the same code and eventually get a message that I had already used it before - correct - and I had to get a new one. I have looked in the FAQ and sure the answer is there but I can’t see it. How do I get a new code?

Weirdly, I followed the instructions for reactivating and got signs there was some problem. I pasted those in here, but later just to see I tried again to open Cubase, and it opened. I don’t know why or how, just glad it’s working. Thanks for the help.
