Can I uninstall Elements 7 after purchasing and install of Elements 8 Update, without affecting new E8?. And will I have to follow any specific procedure, when I upgrade to Windows 10 in order to not affect E8?

Yes you can uninstall Elements 7.
After upgrade your system, you would probably need to Reactivate your Cunase Elements license.
