Elements 9.5 transfer licence info

Hi, I upgraded from Cubase 4 Essential to Elements 9.5 on USB eLicenser but now want to move Elements to Soft eLicenser, is it possible?

Hi, thanks for a response! Not even with Elements version which otherwise runs on soft elicencer and not on USB dongle?

Reason… once you transfer a soft e-License to a USB e-Licenser dongle, you can’t move it back.
