Elements 9 crashing when starting new Montage...

Hello, just started getting into WE9, and am getting this message…
“This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Pleas contact the applications support team for more information”

I’m on Win 7 64bit, WE9 version is 9.0.0
