The tab is there, but it is empty. Is this not available in Elements?
Confirmed.
In Cubase Elements 8, there are no Zones. Zones are hard-coded, input channels are in the left zone, and output channels are in the right zone. All other channels are in the middle.
Now, in Elements 9, the tab is there, but the folder is empty.
