Elements 9 on domain account

Hello

When trying to run Elements 9 using a Microsoft domain account is crashes on startup. It works fine when I log in as a local user. Any ideas / solutions?

Thanks

Windows 10? While logged in under your domain account, try deleting the “%APPDATA%\Steinberg\WaveLab Elements 9” before you start WaveLab elements 9. That effectively forces WaveLab Elements 9 to start as if newly-installed.

Windows 7. Deleting the appdata folders makes Wavelab check the plugins again but it will still crash at the Create > Empty Windows dialogue box. I’ve tried both the 32bit and the 64bit versions.
