I have the Educational version of Elements & just installed it. It doesn’t recognize the Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 audio interface. Windows is able to see it. Kontakt is also able to see it but not Cubase.
I did a quick recording & was able to play back through the laptop speakers.
Here’s the Elements info: 10.5.12 Build 123.
Laptop: LG17, 1.8GHz i7, 16G of RAM. Windows 10 Pro, 10.0.17763 Build 17763.

Did you install an ASIO device driver for that device? https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/articles/207546105-Installing-Scarlett-Forte-iTrack-USB-Drivers-on-Windows
Hi Steve,
After the post, I downloaded the Focusrite control app & apparently it also installed the latest drivers which allowed Cubase to be able to load it. Problem solved!
