eLicencer can't connect

After the latest windows update, eLicencer cannot connect.
eLicencer hangs at about a third of the progress bar.
When I force it to close (after waiting for half an hour or so) I get the message: DCOM connect to program “synsopos.exe” failed.

I’ve got the latest version running, installed it today. (version ending with a 9) No change…

Have you tried running it as an Administrator? (Right click, select “Run as Administrator”)

Try a different USB port.

Having the same issue. I’ve updated eLicenser Control, but when I try to open Cubase it stalls at preparing to install.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :slight_smile:
