eLicencer Controll Center Startup Crash

Hello everyone!
I’m a new forum member and I would be glad to get and hopefully give some assistance here in the future! :slight_smile:

A few days ago I tried activating Cubase AI with the eLicencer Controll Center version
6.6.6.2133 and 6.7.1.8145(newest) on Windows 8.1 (64bit)

but the programm doesn’t even show up and crashes immediately. :frowning:

It is a legally aquired copy of Cubase AI licence which came with the UR22 Audio Interface.

I already notified the Steinberg Support but they haven’t answered yet and
it is important to me to get this problem solved within ~20 days.

Any suggestions?

Try right clicking on it, and select “run as administrator”
