I recently moved my Cubase installation to an SSD drive (uninstalled in C drive, re-installed on D drive). I also changed in Windows the default location for new programs to be installed on the D drive.
Cubase can’t find a license, so I thought I should uninstall the eLicenser from C drive and reinstall it on the D drive… but the eLicenser ingnored the new default location, and it reinstalled on the C drive, offering me NO choice of where to install. Cubase still can’t find the license.
Is this actually not the reason Cubase can’t find the license? Something else I need to do?
