When I type the activation code in the eLCC I come to a window where I’m to choose to download the license. The problem is that I’m not able to download it and the program says ‘‘Currently, there is no eLicenser connected to your computer which you can download your license to. Please connect an appropriate USB-eLicenser to your computer.’’ I have a license but I can’t download it.
I’ve tried to reinstall the eLCC as is suggested in this link https://helpcenter.steinberg.de/hc/en-us/articles/206632670.
Any suggestions anyone?
