eLicenser ARA not seeing dongle

Hi all,

I get an error from the ARA service, that it does not see the eLicenser dongle. Getting it about 2-3 times per week now.

The dongle was purchased new to use with Nuendo 11. I have changed it place in my USB chain several times.

I do hope they get rid of this old style of license security soon.

I’ve had this too with Cubase 11.0.30 running macOS Catalina 10.15.7. My dongle is a couple years old and is on a Startech USB hub. I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro with the i9 processor. It’s very annoying and can’t seem to find the culprit.

An update on this I purchased a new USB Hub and that took care of the issue it seems. Maybe in my case the Startech Hub was what was giving me the issue.
