Elicenser Control Center cannot execute maintenance tasks or activate my license, it shows me a mess

Hello guys I been having this issue for a couple of days now and I really need to solve asap so I can use the dsp effects…

But this is my issue…
Elicenser Control Center cannot execute maintenance tasks or activate my license, it shows me a message that says:The ‘Online Synchronization & Maintenance’ procedure finished. Some problems occurred. Details are listed below.

Step 1: FAILED (Updating eLicenser License Database)
Step 2: OK (Repairing Soft-eLicenser)
Step 3: OK (Validating License Usage Periods)
Step 4: OK (Cleaning up eLicenser Memory)
Step 5: OK (Recovering License Transactions)
Step 6: OK (Sending eLicenser Information)

if you guys could help it would mean the world to me tks and regards.

Hi! Which eLC version is installed and on which OS are you on?
What error message appears when you try to activate your license?

hey, im on macOS big sur ver. 11.5.1 and the eLC is the 6.11.10.22.72, I put on there what seems to be my problem at the time im doing the Online Synchronization & Maintenance, it says: The ‘Online Synchronization & Maintenance’ procedure finished. Some problems occurred. Details are listed below.
