Hello,

I would recommend to check which versions of the .NET Framework you have installed on the machine and update or re-install the packages.

I have seen this with obsolete .NET Framework 2 installations - it is recommended to check the update status of that version and also install version 4.5.1.

Sorry it didn’t help.
Which version of Windows are you running? Did you also update it fully?

There are a couple important updates that need to be installed in order to solve the CLR20r3 error, but frankly can’t remember the exact KB numbers.

Hi!!
I wondered, how you actually solved this issue (if you did) ?? I really want to activate, but the eLicenser wont START, i uninstalled and reinstalled it over a couple of times - nothing solves the problem, i get the same message when i try to launch eLicenser - this:

I have windows 7 on my pc.

Is there anything else except the “framework”, that could be reason of this error?
