Any newer installation of the Elicenser Control Center renders my licenses unfindable and thus my software unusable. The ECC will open, but it asks for a new serial number, rejects any that I try, and gets stuck during the maintenance phase.
My solution for the past year or so has been to revert to ECC 6.8.1.14153, which seems to work just fine. But I have to revert every time there is an update that installs a new elicense software. I have a feeling that one day this solution will no longer work, so I’d rather figure out the conflict now.
