I have a problem with Elicenser Control Center. Any action that i try to do i get a message that saying
"A communication problem occurred while accessing the license server.
Please try again after downloading and installing the latest version of the eLicenser Control software from <www.eLicenser.net>, or contact your software vendor’s support department in case the problem persists.
I already have the latest version of eLicenser Control
What should i do ?
First of all, what are you trying to do, or what is the problem that you need to update the elc?
If the Licence Control Center can’t access the server, then it’s because the internet connection fails.
If the LCC can’t see the dongle, then it’s … euh … the connection with the dongle that fails.
The internet connection is work and the LCC recognize the dongle
But what are your trying to do?
Online synchronization and maintenance
Then I can only think of a problem with the internet connection and/or firewall.
Just tried it here and servers are responding as they should.
My firewall is turned off
Well, I’m sorry, but I can only confirm that the servers are online and that they are working.
The only thing sychronisation does is connect to the Steinberg servers.
So the obvious answer is that there is a problem between your computer/provider and the Steinberg servers.
I’m afraid I can’t help you with that.
